INGREDIENTS
Bunch of kale – curly pictured, but normal will work
Olive oil
Sea salt

Sesame seeds
Nutritional yeast
Onion or garlic powder
Parmesan
Directions
- Strip the stalks off the kale leaves. Massage the oil and salt into the leaves – this helps soften them up.Â
- Heat the oven to about 200 C. Lay the kale leaves out on a large baking tray – one layer only.
- Sprinkle with one of your optional toppings. Roast quickly for 10 – 15 minutes, watching it carefully!
- Eat immediately.
