8 – 10 kale leaves
Pickled Beetroot, chopped into strips
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 avocado, cut into thin strips
- Tahini spread
1/4 cup tahini
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon soy / tamari
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients for the spread and set aside. Clean and dry kale leaves completely and spread tahini over. Top each leaf with beetroot, carrot, red peppers and avocado and roll each leaf into a wrap. Cut into half and dip with extra sauce. Enjoy!Â
