- Hydrate your day with Tahiti Lime & Flax Chia Water. The organic seedless tahiti limes are so amazing, I literally go mad if I don’t have them in my kitchen. Limes help support your body’s detox pathways with an added dose of vitamin C for immunity whilst the flax and chia seeds help your digestive system. Happy belly, happy you! - I just bloom 1 tablespoon of flax and chia seeds each the night before in a container that I keep in the fridge for a couple of days, add a teaspoon once bloomed (they’ll swell up but I find a teaspoon after they’ve soaked enough for me), squeeze some lime, pour room temp water, add a couple of mint leaves and done! Â
