INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 slices Kenyan country loaf

  • 1 burrata

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 2 tbsp blanched green split peas

  • 2 tbsp pomegranate

  • 1 tbsp Everything but the bagel Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp chili oil

  • Microgreens

Directions

  • Slice the bread, drizzle olive oil over, toast the bread under the grill in the oven, add the burrata on the toast and garnish with a handful of cold but freshly blanched peas, pomegranate, everything but the bagel seasoning and micro greens drizzle chili oil and serve.
