Korean style short ribs

INGREDIENTS
500g WHB short ribs
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp rice wine
1/2 tblsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1/2 inch chunk of ginger, peeled and grated
2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
- Place the ribs in a shallow dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, and pour over the ribs.
Marinate for a few hours if you can. - Get a frying pan (or better, a BBQ) heated up and put the ribs onto the heat for no more than a few minutes on each side, depending on how you like them.
This is for a rare result.
Otherwise, cook for 5 minutes on each side. - Pile the grilled meat, and serve with steamed rice and lettuce on the side.
