Ingredients
2 cups milk (dairy or non dairy)
2-4 tablespoons of Mt Elgon coffee depending on how you like it
2 tablespoons African Petrichor tea
2 teaspoons chai spice mix
2 tablespoons raw honey (sub regular honey or maple syrup)
Directions
- Heat the milk to 65C: this is hot with some small bubbles forming around the outside, but not simmering. While the milk is heating, add the coffee to the french press.
- Add the spices, tea and honey to the milk, and take it off the heat. Pour into your french press.
- Stir the contents well, then add your “lid” and let steep for 5-7 minutes. Press down on your handle (this may take a little jiggling to push it all the way to the bottom).
- Pour your latte into mugs and drink up!
