Ingredients

  • Hot Dog Buns

  • Butter at room temperature

  • 2 Kentuna lobster tails

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Ma Cuisine garlic mayonnaise

  • chopped chives

  • salt

Directions

  • Add the lobster tails to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes. Place in ice water to cool.
  • Using kitchen shears, cut the shell & gently remove the meat. Roughly chop & set aside.
  • Melt some butter in a pan & swirl the cut lobster to coat. Remove from pan.
  • Combine spices in a bowl then grind to make a powder for sprinkling.
  • Butter the sides of the buns then toast on a hot pan. Slice lenghthwise & add some mayo.
  • Add buttered lobster then sprinkle with spice mix & top with chives. Enjoy!
