  • Homemade Pizza Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, whole

  • 1 can tomato puree

  • A bunch of fresh thyme

  • White Pesto Pizza
  • Pizza dough or ready-made pizza base

  • Corn flour, for dusting

  • Green pesto

  • Brown’s Ricotta cheese

  • Goat cheese (optional)

  • Garlic cloves, crushed

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Brown’s Bocconcini balls

  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

  • Rocket (optional, for garnish)

  • Pizza dough or ready-made pizza base

  • Homemade pizza sauce

  • Freshly grated Brown’s mozzarella cheese

  • Black olives, sliced

  • Brown’s Bocconcini balls

  • Fresh herbs (e.g., basil, oregano)

  • Ham, sliced

  • Sausages, sliced

  • Garlic, minced or grated

  •  Black olives, sliced

Directions

  • Homemade Pizza Sauce
  • In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the whole garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the tomato puree and add your bunch of thyme.
  • Cook the sauce until it thickens and reduces, ensuring it is not too watery. If desired, blend the sauce for a smoother texture, or use it as is for a chunkier sauce.

  • White Pesto Pizza
  • Preheat your oven, preferably an Ooni pizza oven, to the recommended temperature.
  • Sprinkle corn flour on a pizza peel to prevent the dough from sticking.
  • Place the pizza dough or ready-made pizza base on the peel
  • Spread a layer of green pesto over the dough/base.
  • Crumble ricotta cheese over the pesto.
  • Optionally, add goat cheese, crushed garlic, sundried tomatoes, and bocconcini balls.
  • Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for approximately 3 minutes or until the crust is cooked and the cheese is melted.
  • Once done, garnish with fresh basil leaves and rocket, if desired.
  • Cheesy Skillet Pizza
  • Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the pizza dough or ready-made pizza base in the hot skillet.
  •  Spread the homemade pizza sauce evenly over the dough/base.
  • Sprinkle freshly grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add sliced black olives and bocconcini balls as desired.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  •  Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with your favorite fresh herbs.
  • Mouthwatering Meat Lovers Gluten-Free Pizza
  • Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature.
  • Place the gluten-free pizza base on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread a layer of homemade pizza sauce over the base.
  • Sprinkle freshly grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add slices of ham, sliced sausages, minced/grated garlic, and black olives.
  • Top with another layer of cheese and scatter broken bocconcini.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Once cooked, garnish with oregano and basil before serving
