Jessica Jensen set up Kampi Kitchen and produces delicious homemade jams, chutneys, pickles and jams. She is based in the Rift Valley and buys  ingredients locally, selecting the fruit and veg herself. Her strawberries and gooseberries come from farmers in Ol Kalou and the raspberries from KHE in Nanyuki.
