Please note the Gluten-Free breads may not be suitable for persons suffering from Celiac disease as the products are not made in a completely gluten free bakery. Our bakers only bake on certain days in order that they can clean down the bakery after any baking that contains gluten, however airborne contamination of wheat particles are a factor to consider.
Apart from that our bakers go to great lengths to eliminate cross contamination and all products are handled with the utmost care.
