Our 70% dark chocolate is special. It satisfies your craving for chocolate. Doesn’t contain too much sugar but is the right balance of cocoa, sugar and creaminess.
The main difference in the baking chocolate is that part of the cocoa nibs/beans are replaced with cocoa powder, to be able to enhance and give you a richer colour/ deeper chocolate taste in baking.
Its a formulation that Absolute Chocolate has tried and tested, to allow the chocolate to be an excellent companion in all baking endeavours!
Absolute Chocolate was founded with the idea of providing Kenyans with a real artisan chocolate experience. Each bar and piece is hand crafted and hand wrapped, in the Absolute Chocolate Studio in Nairobi, which maintains a constant temperature of 16 – 18 degrees centigrade throughout the day. Ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible, and always to the highest quality, free of any artificial preservatives. The attention to detail shows in the delicious finished product!
