SOFT AND CREAMY
The Kenyan take on a very traditional French style cheese. Brown’s Brie is delicious with pears or tree tomato jam or indeed Rift Valley Thyme Jelly. It is a bloomy rind cheese with mushroomy notes. Ensure it is at room temperature before serving to get the full flavour.
Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, vegetarian rennet, salt, cheese cultures.
