Brown’s Camembert – 200g

A French style bloomy rind cheese Camembert is aged for 3-4 weeks until perfect ripeness is achieved. The flavour profile of Camembert is buttery and rich and this cheese is best enjoyed at room temperature. Part of the brie family.

Ingredients: Pasteurised milk, vegetarian rennet, salt, cheese cultures.
