The Lool Morag is named after the ancient Maasai name for Limuru; and is an ode to that relationship.
The cheese is a creamy bloomy rind cheese created with Brown’s delicious organic jersey milk.
A little like a brie or camembert, it is lemony and creamy with hints of mushroom.
The white rind is perfectly edible. Try eating the inside and outside separately and then together to see what happens.
