This rich, syrup-like sauce is made from the finest oyster extracts, with a mix of salt and sugar, to give it that earthy, slightly sweet yet salty taste. It is used in both meat and vegetable dishes, mainly in Cantonese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines. Suitable for dipping, seasoning, braising, frying, marinating and sauce.
Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Oyster Extractives, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Caramel (E150A), Potassium Sorbate (E202).
