A touch of flint, tangerine peel, and red and green apple meet on the nose. The palate is fresh but approachable, softened by rounded ripeness. Citrus freshness plays charmingly in the background, but is ripe rather than bracing, making for a dry and refreshing finish.
This is best chilled, served with Roast Pork.
