The Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot blend is extremely rare on the right bank, the Médoc grape variety having difficulty reaching maturity in the sector. In Beynat, these remarkably exposed old vines get there without any problem. This wine is already good now but will benefit from being cellared 4-5 years before touching it. It will then be much more complex.
