Meet Achara! Achara is a fitness coach and nutritionist who prepares healthy and nutritious meals for you. All portions are weighed, cooked, and measured in nutrients.
Achara helps you to have meals prepped for the week, which is convenient for everyone and especially for those having a busy lifestyle!
You can use the meals for lunch, dinner, or on the go! The menu is different for every workday and changes after 3 weeks.
The meals from Achara are prepared for you fresh overnight, blast chilled, and will be transported in a cooler box to you. You can then refrigerate and consume it within 3 days. You are encouraged to give back the packaging to our drivers next time we deliver and you will get 15 KES added to your account!
Achara works with fresh ingredients from the market. The meals are prepared in a hygienic, professional kitchen that is ISO-certified.
