Farm Fresh (AAA) Ricura Piel De Sapo Melon – Approx. 1Kg – 1.5Kg

This is a Spanish Piel De Sapo melon breed meaning “frog skin”. The distinct yellow gold spot at the stem and a net of longitudinal cracks on the rind mean a better tasting melon and a more consistent experience. Ricura has excellent consistent internal qualities with good flavour, high sugar levels and long shelf life. Its taste is somewhere between a pear and a honeydew fruit.

This fruit is high in Vitamin C, potassium and water levels. This means its great for maintaining healthy blood sugar levels.
