Farmer’s Choice Pork Brawn

Also known as Head Cheese, pork brawn is a cold cut meat usually enjoyed in slices in sandwiches. Slather two slices of bread with butter or mustard (or both 😋), slap a slice of brawn and a slice of cheese in between, and enjoy! You can toast it or turn it into a panini if you prefer!
