Our delicious gluten-free croissants are a real delight! Flaky, buttery, and gluten-free – they are the perfect breakfast choice. Made by the FrenchMaid bakery in Parklands, which has been going for decades (I remember my grandmother going there for the best French Bread in town!), the croissants use a combination of amaranth and cassava flour.
