Our delicious gluten-free donuts are a real delight! They are the perfect indulgence, but gluten-free!! Made by the FrenchMaid bakery in Parklands, which has been going for decades (I remember my grandmother going there for the best French Bread in town!), the croissants use a combination of amaranth and cassava flour.
