The original idea behind Fry’s was to find a way to make nutritious products for their family who are all passionate about plant-based diets. Back when they started in 1991 most people thought they were crazy. “Plants that look and taste like meat, made in your kitchen!?” Okay, maybe they were crazy, but with passion and determination, great things can happen. Now, a few decades on, the fully-fledged second generation family business, a larger family (and a few grandchildren), they wanted to bring you some more amazingly good tasting plant-based foods, which will leave you feeling good!
COOK FROM FROZEN. REMOVE FROM PACKAGING.
Air-Fryer: Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
Grill: Place 15-20 cm under a preheated hot grill for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
Frying Pan: Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place on an oven tray in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Do not overcook as this will spoil the texture.
