Fry’s Golden Crumbed Schnitzel – 320g

Oh my Schnitzel! Fry’s favourite Schnitzeys are almost too good to be true. How can we be so sure? Well, they are meat-free and egg-free, crunchy, crispy and golden on the outside, and tender on the inside. Choose to braai, grill, fry or bake them – or even pop them in the toaster! Serve with lightly steamed vegetables, sticky rice and a squeeze of lemon zest for a high protein meal.

The original idea behind Fry’s was to find a way to make nutritious products for their family who are all passionate about plant-based diets. Back when they started in 1991 most people thought they were crazy. “Plants that look and taste like meat, made in your kitchen!?” Okay, maybe they were crazy, but with passion and determination, great things can happen. Now, a few decades on, the fully-fledged second generation family business, a larger family (and a few grandchildren), they wanted to bring you some more amazingly good tasting plant-based foods, which will leave you feeling good!
