Our Gluten Free Christmas mince pies are made by Suzanne Sorensen, using home made mincemeat, and delicious gluten free pastry. They come in packs of six mince pies, and can be frozen. Defrost slowly and warm in the oven (not the microwave as it makes the pastry soggy!), or warm straight from the freezer in the oven. Serve with Brandy Butter and some delicious wine!
