HER Sauvignon Blanc, 2021

The power of eight dedicated South African women expressed in a bottle. The HER collection is the first branded wine to come out of Adama Wines, an all-women run company from Wellington, South Africa. VINIFICATION

To preserve the aroma, cool grapes were delivered early in the morning, then vinified reductively to prevent excessive oxidation of juice after crushing. Yeast was then added to complete fermentation and the wine was left on the lees complexity and structure enhancement.

VARIETAL : 100% Sauvignon Blanc

COLOUR : Green tinge.
TASTING NOTES: This full flavoured wine is bursting with juicy granadilla and grapefruit flavours with hints of green apple and freshly cut grass with a crisp, zesty finish on palate.

FOOD PAIRING : Enjoyable with crunchy salads, grilled chicken or fresh seafood, a fitting summer vino.
AGEING POTENTIAL : To be enjoyed 1-3 years from the year of vintage
