Holistically bred pork from Highland Castle Farms just outside Nanyuki on the Burguret River, near Mt Kenya, is some of the best pork in Kenya. Bred by Tim Hobbs and his team, the pigs are brought up in a happy healthy environment that is hormone and antibiotic free.

Pork Belly ribs are a classic, economical and delicious! These succulent, Pork Ribs are cut by us from the Belly and are left on the bone for maximum flavor. They are best cooked low and slow. The Ribs can be grilled or roasted as they are – or smothered with your favorite marinade – and then baked or barbecued being careful to baste them whilst cooking.
