Karen Fork Chicken Wings (Frozen)

These delicious free range chickens enjoy a happy free-range life on a farm in Kiambu, surrounded by coffee farms and fresh air. They are cared for by Joseph Maingi and his team who look after the chickens with great care. Once they are humanely butchered, the chickens are de-feathered by hand (not using the typical boiling water dip method, which can affect the quality of the meat), and then skilfully cut and packaged.
