It contains Wholegrain Wheat (80%), Wheat Bran (20%), Sugar, Malted Barley Extract, Salt, and various vitamins and minerals. The cereal is high in wheat bran fiber, which supports digestive health and helps meet daily fiber requirements. It’s suitable for vegetarians but not for nut allergy sufferers. Corn flakes became popular and led to the establishment of the Kellogg Company. The cereal can be enjoyed with milk or used in recipes as a breadcrumb substitute.
