Fresh fish and seafood are key to our success. Our team works hand in hand with the local fishermen to source the freshest fish and seafood on the market. All seafood is stored directly on ice prior to packaging.
Once sourced the fish and seafood arrives at our packaging and storage facility where our team fillet or clean each item. Once packed, all seafood is blast-frozen to preserve quality and stored at below -18 degrees C.
