Fresh fish and seafood is key to our success. Our team works hand in hand with the local fisherman to source the freshest fish and seafood on the market. All seafood is stored directly on ice prior to packaging.

Once sourced the fish and seafood arrives at our packaging and storage facility where our team fillet or cleans each item. Once packed, all seafood is blast frozen to preserve quality and stored at below -18 degrees C.

Cobia tastes mild and has a firm, broad-flaked flesh that’s white when cooked up and pinkish when raw. The mild flavour is also described as fresh, clean, and buttery. It adapts well to a variety of meal choices, including being grilled or enjoyed raw.
