Lekker Gouda is organically produced cheese from Western Kenya. Started by a Dutch immigrant, the cheese is now gaining a name amongst Kenyans for it’s quality.
This Rosemary Gouda is mildly aged for about 8 weeks and is creamy, with a very pronounced lemon-pine taste yet peppery and woodsy at the same time. Great in shepherd’s pie or on a cracker for a quick snack!
Ingredients: Pasteurized Cow’s Milk, Salt, Cheese Culture, Vegetarian Rennet, Rosemary
