Made from cattle that are grass reared and feedlot finished and nourished with an assortment of choice grains and the mineral-rich clear waters of the Great Rift Valley. This results in Morendat’s signature centre cut aged prime marbled tender and flavoursome beef.
The Gooseneck steak is cut from a large group of muscles at the rear hind. This cut is best braised or stewed.
