Made from cattle that are grass reared and feedlot finished and nourished with an assortment of choice grains and the mineral-rich clear waters of the Great Rift Valley. This results in Morendat’s signature centre cut aged prime marbled tender and flavoursome beef.
Did you know that beef on bone alters the flavours in meat as compared to cuts without bone? The gelatin in bones add substance to your broth, meaning this is great for cooking through boiling. The bone also conducts heat within the meat so that it cooks more evenly and prevents meat drying out and shrinking during cooking.
