Morendat Beef Silverside (Frozen)

Made from cattle that are grass reared and feedlot finished and nourished with an assortment of choice grains and the mineral-rich clear waters of the Great Rift Valley. This results in Morendat’s signature centre cut aged prime marbled tender and flavoursome beef.

The lean, boneless and juicy Silverslide is cut from the hind part of the cow, between the rump and leg. It is ideal for roasting joints, braising steak or dice.
