Morendat Lamb Shoulder (Frozen)

Morendat Lamb is sourced from farms in and around Naivasha, where the sheep are humanely raised on fresh pastures, finished with grain and then, once slaughtered, hung for 3 days. The result is a delicious but rich flavour, that must be enjoyed to be believed!
