Morendat Ox Kidney

The kidneys of beef cattle, known as ox kidney tend towards toughness, but can be cooked slowly until tender. Beef kidneys are simple to prepare for cooking, typically they are cut into bite size pieces to make the most beautiful stew or a classic Steak and Kidney Pie.
