NEEd Gelato was established in 2016 by Neeral and Kunaal Shah, a quirky environmentalist – entrepreneur couple aiming to produce the finest gelato on the African continent. Their artisanal gelato/sorbetto ice-cream is handcrafted in small batches using the finest quality ingredients sourced locally (as much as possible, many being seasonal), free from additives, artificial flavours and colours to produce an end product that mesmerizes your taste buds. Each recipe is carefully balanced using minimum sugar and fat while maintaining optimal flavour and texture.
