This cheese is delicately hand-crafted, carefully shelf-cured, made with cow’s milk, and ready to hit your table in many forms. Fontal is the milder, more modern cousin of the original Fontina cheese. It hails from France but is now produced in many other areas.

This mild, meltable table cheese has a slightly sweet flavor, striking a perfect balance with some of the sharper, more aged cheeses you might want to display on your cheeseboard.
