Tasting notes: Red color with comp ex aromas of red fruits and traces of vanilla. It is a very balanced and elegant wine that has a good structure, concentrated flavors, and soft tannins.   Cast: Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon.   Vinification: Each variety was vinified separately in the traditional vinification process by fermentating in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation follows a skin maceration that takes 7 to 15 days.   Consume at: 16 – 18ºC.   Aging: 12 months in French oak.  Winemaker: Hugo Carvalho.   Alcohol: 14,5%   Acidity: 5,1 g/lpH: 3,71   Awards: Bronze Medal – Decanter World Wine Awards (2015), Bronze Medal – International Wine & Spirits Competition (2015) Silver Medal – Concurso Vinhos de Portugal (2015), 17 Points – Wine Magazine – (2015). Vivino rating: 3.9
