Sirimon Mature Cheddar – 200g

Sirimon’s mature cheddar has been aged in order to impart a little bit of extra sharpness in it’s flavour delivery. It is firm with a smooth texture and goes really well on crackers or together with grapes and full-bodied red wine.

Sirimon Cheddar is a firm-textured cheese that goes through the unique ‘cheddaring’ process to give it its distinctive taste and texture. Mature Cheddar has a sharp taste with a long finish, matured for up to 7 months.
