Farmer Teresia’s Organic Pineapple – Approx. 1Kg – 1.2Kg

We now have organic pineapples from Farmer Teresia – a smallholder farmer based in Thika. Her pineapples are of excellent quality and the sweetest you can find! 

Other than being SpongeBob’s humble abode, pineapples are packed with nutrients, antioxidants and other helpful compounds. Pineapples are a great source of vitamin C and manganese, and also contain trace amounts of vitamins A and K, phosphorus, zinc and calcium.
