The Food Fairy Spinach & Ricotta Lasagne – 650g / Serves 2

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN **Not suitable for microwaves**
·Preheat oven.
·Remove cardboard lid, but leave in foil tray, place in the top of the oven. Cook for 40-45 mins ensuring it is piping hot when it comes out of the oven.
·WAIT 4 minutes before serving – it needs to rest to be at its best.

Oven settings: Fan 170°C|Electric 190°C|Gas Mark 5

Defrost instructions: Keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hrs.
