Indulgent yet light caramel sponges baked with a gloriously sticky toffee sauce, puddings don’t get any better than this!
Preparation Instructions:
- Defrost for 1 hour.

 Preheat oven. Heat oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4.

Remove the cardboard lid, but leave in foil tray, place on the top tray of the oven. Cook for 15-20mins, or until sauce is bubbling.
- Warm the puddings through, for 15-20 mins or until the sauce is bubbling. Serve them on their own, or with cream or custard.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with cream, custard, or as they are! keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hrs.
Ingredients : Dates, Butter, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Flour, Bi Carbonate Of Soda, Double Cream, Black Treacle.
