The Food Fairy Sticky Toffee Pudding – 500g / Serves 2

Indulgent yet light caramel sponges baked with a gloriously sticky toffee sauce, puddings don’t get any better than this!

Preparation Instructions:

  • Defrost for 1 hour.
  •  Preheat oven. Heat oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4.
  • Remove the cardboard lid, but leave in foil tray, place on the top tray of the oven. Cook for 15-20mins, or until sauce is bubbling.
  • Warm the puddings through, for 15-20 mins or until the sauce is bubbling. Serve them on their own, or with cream or custard.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with cream, custard, or as they are! keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hrs.
