This gluten-free pizza base is a great alternative for celiacs or those who follow a gluten-free diet. One of our Tasting Table committee members experimented extensively with the bases and has come back with the following: for a crispy base, fry the pizza base in shallow oil before loading it with your pizza toppings and cooking it in the oven. Keep it in the fridge, and note that it also freezes well.
