Trumpeter Reserve Chardonnay, 2020

Pale yellow, with green reflections. Brilliant and clear. Abundantly aromatic, the full, voluptuous nose is announced with fresh floral notes and hints of fruit (pineapple, mango). The pronounced dry arrival in the mouth facilitates the discovery of fresh tropical fruit, a light unctuousness with an elegant trace of citrus. Nimble on the palate, this expressive and elegant white wine symbolizes a new contemporary Chardonnay style.

Serve: 9 – 10 degrees centigrade

Aging potential: 3 – 5 years.

Food pairing: appetizers, ham, salt water fish, grilled shellfish, herb omelette, Spanish tortilla, cheese souffle, prawn risotto, asparagus, chicken pie, soft, creamy and aged cheeses.
