WHB is a state-of-the-art butchery and abattoir in Northern Kenya. All of their livestock is selected from farms and ranches across Laikipia. The steers and lamb are holistically raised and 100% grass-fed, before being slaughtered with respect and compassion. The beef is hung in the cold room for 28 days before being broken down into different cuts and vacuum-packed for distribution.​​​
From farm to fork, everything is done to make sure it’s not just better beef fry, but the very best 100 percent grass feed and grass-finished beef. As naked as it looks, traditional beef fry taken from prime grass-fed cattle is something quite special with just salt and pepper as seasoning. Either barbecued or cooked in your kitchen.
