Lamb Shanks are taken from the fore and hind legs and offer an incredibly tender and tasty meal if cooked slowly, until the meat starts falling off the bone. Well Hung Butcher lamb is sourced from Lolomarik Farm, where Dorper and Charolais lamb are reared on a selection of grasses of legumes, bringing a luscious flavour to the meat, which is aged for 5 days after being butchered to further enhance the flavour profile.
