They are simple yet so tasty that they make a great meal on their own – with or without the burger bun, with or without the ubiquitous sauces and pickles that usually come with burgers. However you like your burger, you should be starting with this and accessorizing accordingly!

WHB is a state of the art butchery and abattoir in Northern Kenya. All of their livestock is selected from farms and ranches across Laikipia.

The steers and lamb are holistically raised and 100% grass fed, before being slaughtered with respect and compassion.

The beef is hung in the cold room for 28 days and lamb for 5 days before being broken down into the different cuts and vacuum packed for distribution.​​​
