Sake Tonic

Directions

• Cut the apricots into thin slices and add them to a tall glass.
• Pour in the sake, followed by the vodka and Booch elderflower
• Add ice cubes and the tonic water.
• Finally, add the orange peel twist to garnish, running it around the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink
