3 dried apricots
50ml of sake
75ml of Beluga Noble Export Vodka
15ml of Booch elderflowerÂ
200ml of K.O Classic tonic water
- For the garnish
1 orange peel twist
Directions
- Cut the apricots into thin slices and add them to a tall glass.
- Pour in the sake, followed by the vodka and Booch elderflower
- Add ice cubes and the tonic water.
- Finally, add the orange peel twist to garnish, running it around the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink
